Alright ladies and gents, this is the first time that we try out a new way of communicating with one another without being in room 213. The best part of this is that you may chew gum, without getting caught. On a more serious note, I expect that anything and everything that is posted herein is APPROPRIATE. For those of you who need extra clarification this includes, but is not limited to the following: expletives, racist, sexist, homophobic or any discriminatory language of any kind. Needless to say, this is an extension of our classroom, so all the same rules apply. IT IS A SAFE ZONE!

Hey Mrs.C-H! I'm Madeline H., the reason why it says Sunshinelife13 is because i hav a blog too. if you want to see it the address is, http://wwwlivinlife13-sunshinelife13.blogspot.com/. Anyway I think what I'm going to write about was my first concert. I'm not sure what my thesis will be but I think something like "It was even better than I imagined" or something like that.
The story I wish to use iS "THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE" This story is about how I had to do chores all day long while my parents were out. On top of it I was supposed to be hanging out wiht my friends that day as well. So after 2 hours, I finally finished my chores. With an hour left, before my parents arrived home, I decided to bike downtown. As I was biking downtown I got a call from my parents explaining that they would be home really soon. So I immediatld rounded the corner around Sam Goody and suddenly I was face to face with a lexus. I hit the side of the car with my front tire, then flew on the roof, then the trunk, then the pavement. It hurt. Then I was yelled at by the new-yorker who just hit me, and by the time I got home I my parents were there. I was grounded. I dont know what my thesis is yet, I don't know specifically what I have learned from this experience.
I think that the story I am going to use for my narrative is the day I climbed Mt. Tongoriro in New Zealand, which will mostly be about the incredible view from the top. I'm not sure about the thesis, but it will probably be something like "something I will never forget" or "the most beautiful thing I have ever seen".
I think the story I'll use is the one where I was in australia and i went to a butterfly house, with a lot of really big colorful tropical butterflies and moths. I don't know what the thesis will be yet but I'll probably put it under the most beautiful thing I have ever seen, or the scariest thing I have ever tried because the giant moths were scary to be around, especially if they landed on your face.
The story I want to write about is my best memory. I would write about camp and summer. I don't know what my thesis would be yet but im thinking. =-)

I think i am going to use is the one about when i heard a secret.This story has to do with my learning experiences with secrets, and rumors and how they result. But, I may actually end up picking the scariest thing I have ever tried. In this case, its about me going Bungee Jumping at an amusement park.Although I still have to make a decision,either way I have not constructed a thesis for either topic.
The memoir I think I'm going to write about is under the catagory of the scariest thing I ever tried. It happened at Lake Compounce in 7th grade when I decided to go on a bungee-jumping ride. I'd always been scared of heights, but after I finished it, I felt accomplished. Since then I haven't been scared of heights. I think my thesis will be that you should try new things, because if you don't, you'll never know what you're missing out on
The story that i am going to use for my essay is "the best day of my life". the best day of my life was when the red sox beat the yankees in the 04 ALCS. my thesis will probably be something like "the best day of my life..."
For the narrative essay I can't decide between 2 stories. The first one is the hectic time that I had between my Bar Mitzvah service and party. I rushed my dad shaving and his lip kept bleeding. My thesis will most likely say something about not rushing people to go or do something..... The other story I was thinking about using is that every time that I walk into a eye doctor's office. It takes forever to get in (2 hours) and I think that I'm cursed. My thesis will probably be "I have the eye doctor curse" or not cus that sounds corny. Those are the two that I probably will choose from to write my essay
So, I asuming that this is the homework that was on the board today. If not, oh well. The memory I am going to use for my short story is the worst day of my life because it is pretty recent( in the fall) and also it involves the sport that I'm still doing now (rowing.) My thesis statement will probably something like "the worst day of my life was when..." Also, I seem to have a lot of bad days at rowing... I just got home from there and it was one of the more crappy days.
im going to do the worst day of my life when i cut off the tip of my left pinky. I stuck it in a door and my sister shut it and it fell off. when i was in the er they put me in a straightjacket and tied me to the table so i ddint move. it hurt. The moral of the story is dont put ur finger in doors.

The story I think I will use is "THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING I EVER SAW" because I think I can put a lot of detail into it. It has to do with dragons. (of course) When I got my first dragon I was on my 6th Grade Boston trip. It was so exciting seeing all the sites and being there. Blue, the dragon is quite magnificent, but there were so many others around him.
But I also think I could do a good job with "SOMEONE I HAVE LOST". When people die the day or week of their death stays with me forever, so I could recite everything. I don't have a thesis yet though.

The story I am going to use is the "best day of my childhood". One of the best days of my childhood is when I got my first puppy for my birthday. I'm not sure what my thesis will be yet, but it might be something like "I will never forget the day I went on a search for my first dag".
I am going to write about when i went to the yankees game and came back from a 5 run deficit in the bottom of the 9th and 2 out. Yankees rool!!!
i wasn't there when you gave the assignment, but anyway... i think i'm going to write about the most embarressing day of my life. I think it was when my skirt blew up when outside during class! The thesis statment would be the worst day of my life was when......
Hey It is cal, even though my name is not cal but hey thats the way i roll.
I think I will use a made up topic if that is ok. it is teh most fun day of my life. First i went over to my friends house and we went biking around until like 4:00 pm. Then we just did stuff at his house then we went to the movies and the movie was bad but it was only us and our other 2 friends in the theater, so we talked through it and laughed at how bad it was. Then we saw hid dad was going into another movie so we all bought tickets and saw that movie. I got home at like 12:30 in the morning... or is it at night what ever it is it was still a great day.
I dint know what thesis i would do for this story, but ill think of something... i hope
